Shipping Information

At HerSafety, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external circumstances.

Courier Partner

We ship orders using Aramex Store to Door, a nationwide courier service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer

HerSafety is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any delivery issues with the courier.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

HerSafety cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel where applicable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with Aramex to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
